Great telephone customer service but delivery dreadful with no communication, 79 year old driver using satnav from 15 years ago and then arrived to say we need forklift! But missing from bolts to hold in place and fitting instructions were dreadful. Really disappointing as just went downhill rapidly after placing order. Would definitely not recommend as a result.

I am sorry you are not satisfied with our service, I spoke to our sales manager to confirms speaking to you regarding the missing fixing (which has been posted out to you) but nothing was discussed regarding the delivery? We use a company that is part of the Pallet Track delivery system to delivery our canopies, who should always have a tail lift to be able to unload themselves, obviously this wasn’t the case? Please can you advise what issues you had with the fitting instructions as these are a detailed 4 page document?
