The product itself is great. Pleased with the tri-fold cover. The delivery company however (DX delivery) not great at all. Severe lack of communication from them. On the tracker, it said they were delivering the product, yet it was delivered after 5 days of trying to figure out where the item was as the delivery driver was not responding. This lead to confusion was from all sides. And of course for me, who had no idea if the product was ever going to be delivered! Eventually it was delivered.
