The installation instructions supplied with the device are, shall we say, a bit vague in places. A review and clarification would be nice, like a proper fully exploded diagram showing and identifying the installed position of every part. Include a note that before installing the stud plate for the spring pack to check for stray body sealant that renders the adhesive tape usless.

The brake light was a replacement for one I had previously purchased from yourselves that failed miserably with only 4 of the LEDs working after about a year and several of them having become disconnected and rattling around loose in the light unit which didn't even fit very well and was without doubt not a genuine SJS part
The new replacement part to which this feedback refers is a genuine SJS part as identified by the SJS logo moulded into the lens; it fits perfectly and works without fault.
The whole process of obtaining a replacement FOC was handled swiftly, efficiently and without issue by your customer service dept via your online warranty submission. Nobody gets it right all of the time but its how a problem is dealt with when one occurs that really matters and in this case the issue was dealt with very well indeed, although I do wonder why a none genuine and inferior part was sold originally.

Thank you for the review, the Hilux Pro-Lift does have a many parts involved in this product which is difficult to show in paper instructions. We do have a YouTube video if you’d needed any further help.
