When the car was returned to me (I waited for the fitting to be carried out at your premises) I had to ask for the broken glass to be removed from within the tailgate as it was rattling around. Also the quality of finish of the sealant around the window is not good.

The service is excellent but the product is made in suck a way that i have had to remive the plastic cover that hides the catch rods in order for it to work. otherwise the part the rods click into pushes against tgecplastic and the move to their original position which stops tge rode from moving enough to release the catch.
