Pallet used to transport canopy completely unsuitable and was broken on arrival. The couriers arrived with no prior warning and driver was unable to help unloading. Canopy was not secured in van. I was not at home when the canopy arrived so was unable to check before signing. The canopy is marked in 4 places where the pallet was broken, which I only noticed when it was on the vehicle. Will not be recommending to others. Would suggest a use of different courier in future

The third party courier we use will only contact customers prior the delivery if this was requested at point of ordering the canopy. 1st class service form Hardtops uk easy to deal with, no issues, the tailgate lift is a must and makes things a lot easier, when fitting ensure that you get a longer bolt to fit when you fit the strut as the original bolt was not long enough on mine, overall very happy and would highly recommend Hardtops UK

Thank you for the feedback. We apologise for the delay, the time of year doesn’t help with the run up to Christmas. As discussed regarding the damage in transit, as you signed for the canopy as damaged we are able to process this with our curriers insurance. Once you have the repair quotations we can process this further to resolve the issue.
