Delivery totally unacceptable packaging all burst driver would not allow me to inspect and his attitude was out of order. I told him I would phone you but he wasn't prepared to wait so I wouldn't sign so he took it away. I then phoned in to your company and was told someone would get back to me shortly but have had no contact since so I can only assume a full refund will be made tomorrow.
