We have purchased 2 grills from yourselves 1 is satisfactory the other the holes for letters are in the wrong place. I have tried contacting you and was told I would be called back but have heard nothing so far.

Thank you for the feedback, I believe the issue with the letter has now been rectified as the ‘O’ is handed and had been fitted upside-down? Apologies if we weren’t able to return your call quicker we have been extremely busy.
