Delivery driver stated they were kerbside delivery only then expect me to lift and carry an 80kg package off the street; not acceptable. Plastic grommets that cover the 6 bolts that hold the top box to the truck are cheap and do not fit satisfactorily and this lets down what is otherwise a very nice top box.

I am sorry that you were not happy with the courier service. Regarding the plastic grommet, have you tried heating them which will made them more malleable and in turn will allow them to fit into the holes.
