Wrong installation instructions sent. Still waiting for correct ones after 1 week. HardtopsUK emailed to try and sort issues. No phone calls to try and resolve issues with fitting. I had to work out myself how to install. Would not use them again.

Dear Kevin, I have spoken Mike who you dealt with and he has shown me the list of e-mails he had with you regarding the fitting. We apologise if you were expecting a phone call but sometimes e-mails are easier as you can include photos. It was unfortunate we couldn’t get the correct fitting instructions in time but we did try to help resolve this issue for you.

There was a tv, but was told to leave it only. Never had nothing to watch, otherwise it was ok.

We did fit the carryboy roller ourselves and was told it could be difficult, but found it not long enough for the Nissan and the badge on the top has fallen off altar my.
