I would have given 5 stars but on arriving home I discovered that when fitting the tailgate cap they had removed 6 screws from the tailgate liner and failed to replace them leaving the liner held by only 2 screws. Sadly this lack of attention to detail ruined an otherwise excellent experience

Jane only downgraded the fitting service from excellent to good as we were told on arrival 2 hours and it actually took 4 - and this created some issues for us that we could have dealt with had we known upfront. Apart from that the kit is excellent and looks amazing

I am a home mechanic I am good with my hands my latest task was to change the suspension bushes on a Landrover 110 which is not the easiest of task to do at home. This kit took me three hours to fit. I just could not understand the diagrams that are in the instructions. There is nothing to say which side they are or any real indication from what angle they are being viewed which left confused. The strut is fitted to the right side of the vehicle, does not say that in the instructions so I worked that out from the way the support brackets intuitively fitted. Good kit works but the instructions were written by someone who knows not only what to do but exactly how to do it and so minimal information to them is adequate.

Collected items, staff very helpful. Top easy to fit and very happy with quality, tailgate assist is excellent.
