This is our 4th Lid for ford Rangers and EVERY time we have arranged booking in advance and told 2 hours to fit. Every time there is an excuse and it has taken over 4 hours. They have a waiting room, but coffee machine does not accept new pound coins and the TV has no remote and sound too low to hear anything. Good product, OK prices but awful service

We normally quote 2 hours for a canopy fit which looking back at your history you’ve either had roller tops or lids/sports lids. Hence the reason they would have taken longer, plus the removal of the WildTrak bar also adds additional time. Unfortunately we are awaiting an update for the coffee machine to accept the new £1 coin but we could have changed the new £1 coin for you. We don’t leave the remote for the TV as the controls are on the side of the TV.
