I would not recommend this company, still haven’t had it fitted, cannot give me a date when it can. Wanted all the money up front, I agreed to pay half until the job is finished. Asked for small compensation towards fitting like remote locking and got a complete no from them. I am still waiting for a date 6 weeks after paying and they cannot give me one. They are blaming shipping but this is what they do, so they must have an idea of how it works? I am very unhappy with us this company

I am sorry you are unhappy, the member of staff you dealt with was new when you placed this order (not that this is making an excuse) but everyone has to learn. Your container is docking (currently on Monday 20th September) we then plan to unload into the warehouse that week so we SHOULD be able to book you in for W/C 27th September. We haven’t been booking customers in advance because the shipping lines keep delaying. This is something that is obviously is out of our hands and everyone importing products into the UK is suffering from the same issue. It is a major problem that we receive news articles on a daily bases reporting of ongoing delays. Our company policy is to ask for a payment for products to be reserved, it is the customers decision if this is payment in full or a deposit. Again I apologise if we cannot offer you a central locking system FOC but our margins are extremely tight as with all companies, costs are escalating. Let me know if we can help any further.
