Too much cut away from my liner duringfitting

Not delivery drivers fault, but when he asked if WE had a forklift to help him unload, we got worried. He couldn't use his little fork trolly as the tunes didn't fit into the pallet, so we had to help him manhandle it off the lorry. Communication on when my top would arrive was also a bit underwhelming. There should have been the ability to give me a timeline once the thing had been shipped from whichever country it was coming from. No communication at all for a long while had me worried I'd been scammed. The final product however is excellent. Very pleased with it. I'd say the power accessory I ordered is a little bit under what I expected. I think something that was fitted to the actual top rather than a box I've got to find a space for and mount would have been a better option. Also would have preferred fitted (exact width) low profile cross bars, rather than universal bars.

He is a real credit to your company His advice was excellent the service he offered was 10 out 10but above all when I needed some extra help he was brilliant in sorting out any problems I had. He is a credit to your company and if down to me should get a pay rise or bonus The product was great everything was more than expected. If I need anymore mods etc I will be coming back..thanks all
