Hardtop great & looks good, the fittings that came with it did not match ones in the instructions & had to workout how to fit them had to drill through the body of the hardtop to make them work, took 3 hours to fit & not the 45 minutes stated.

The delivery service was appalling, the communication between the couriers and myself was disjointed and due to lack of communication the hardtop was delivered 2 days later than expected and therefore we had a very angry customer. I appreciate it was out of HardTops UK hands but I feel that the courier needs to be spoken to, in order to reduce the chances of this happening to other HardTop customers and affecting your reputation.

No o e told me that the frame work below the windows would be distorted because its a fibre glass canopy, being a tradesman its the finer details that count and this is not acceptable in my opinion, and to be told that the smear of silicon is over seal and can be rubbed of is ridiculous, i use silicone every day and i dont have to tell my customers they need to rub it off once its dry. Poor finishing. You pay extra for canopy i had because its lined and has a sliding back window and a light, i expected the light to be wired in not just a stick on battery light. The door on the canopy is very intermittent to close. Also i expected an email back from my last email about the canopy not just be ignored. In a nut shell if your after a canopy and dont mind what it looks like or how it works then it might be the canopy for you however if you look for the finer details do not buy this canopy.

We are sorry you are disappointed, we did respond originally and answer your queries, and Items that we can rectify did offer to do so. Regarding your door, this is settlement and can happen. Please feel free to contact us and we can book you back in to adjust the rear lock and look at the over seal and rectify. Regarding your internal light, all of our canopies have been changed to fitted battery operated lights, as it was found that powered lighting, as it was in the rear was not always checked by end users resulting in flat vehicle batteries, we found after discussions with end users that the battery operated on/off lights were a better solution. We trust we have satisfied any concerns you may have, however if you wish to return to our facility, we can talk through your issues and tidy up the over seal.
