Regarding communication, we have sent you two/three e-mails and we also pass your details over to our courier who should send you text updates with your delivery? Absolutely brilliant to deal with, great prices, good communication and excellent product knowledge. Item arrived quickly and was pretty straightforward to fit too. As for the improvement, it is immense and my only question is why Nissan do not simply fit this product as standard on new Navaras?
