The customer wanted to view the product (canopy) before fitting commenced - Denied. The work to be carried out should have been discussed with the customer, but no, the fitter just totally ruined the bed liner! Bracket missing, bracket bent, brackets misaligned! Inside plastic shavings everywhere! Estimated time for installation was two hours. If you are running overtime the customer would have appreciated an update and not have to wait three and half hours before seeing anyone or the vehicle. A fantastic product, installation needs more attention to detail.
