You agreed to tell us when the item was collected from you but did not. Fortunately the carrier was very helpful and came back with it the following day. Regards fitting, we did not know that the top could not be fitted if the factory fitted ladder rack/roll protector was fitted to the pickup body. Not a big deal but it required cutting off with a thin blade disc grinder. Once done it's a good fit. Just those two problems, which were both foreseeable by you. We would deal with you again. I’m please you are happy with the canopy, can I confirm that you informed our sales team that your Hilux had the Ladder Rack as only some spec’s have this fitted? I am sorry that you were not informed prior delivery, this was an oversite form us.
