WE ARE A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF YOURS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE, HOWEVER, NEEDED THIS LINER URGENTLY. WE ASKED FOR YOU TO FIT IT, BUT WERE TOLD THIS WAS IMPOSSIBLE,AS YOU WERE FULLY BOOKED FOR FITTINGS. AS FAR AS I CAN SEE, AN EXPERIENCED FITTER COULD HAVE DONE THIS IN 10 MINS MAX, INSTEAD WE HAD TO SEND A SEPERATE VEHICLE TO COLLECT IT. SUCH INFLEXIBILITY WAS FAR FROM IMPRESSIVE. NOBODY IS THAT BUSY THEY CANNOT SPARE 10 MINUTES.
