WE ASKED FOR YOU TO FIT IT, BUT WERE TOLD THIS WAS IMPOSSIBLE,AS YOU WERE FULLY BOOKED FOR FITTINGS. AS FAR AS I CAN SEE, AN EXPERIENCED FITTER COULD HAVE DONE THIS IN 10 MINS MAX, INSTEAD WE HAD TO SEND A SEPERATE VEHICLE TO COLLECT IT. SUCH INFLEXIBILITY WAS FAR FROM IMPRESSIVE. NOBODY IS THAT BUSY THEY CANNOT SPARE 10 MINUTES.
