Great that you changed my order to a retrax when I realised I had ordered wrong thing to start with. Hard to get your sales team to call back always seem too busy. Actual fitting took five hours! Disappointed with the finish on the bars where black silicone used.

The item would be improved if it either came pre-drilled for the ease of fitting the bars, or came with a template. Without either of these, it is difficult to fit and took far longer than necessary to fit.

Thank you for the feedback. I would agree but the difficultly becomes when customers haven’t got an OEM Ford bar to fit with this lid, as we offer an aftermarket option, alternatively customers can supply their own aftermarket bars which use different fitting holes.
