Was not told Toyota active model requires the ladder guard cutting off, was told it was a “bolt on” fit and shouldn’t take long Delivery driver dumped pallet in driveway and drove off, no paperwork to sign or even a chance to inspect very expensive item for damage There is a gap around the rear window on the eko plus meaning water will run into the rear corners of the hardtop and eventually rot out

The EKO Plus canopy has a unique drainage system that means any water from the rear door area drains out the side of the canopy through the drain grills. Our canopies are also fiberglass therefore they will need rot over time. Apologises the driver wouldn’t wait, this is the issue with COVID whereby you don’t sign for the goods.
