There were no installation instructions included in the packaging. The guide that was eventually sent to me includes drainage brackets & piping which aren’t included so don’t know if this is something isn’t included from Hardtops or is an added extra I missed? I think it needs to be clearer that you need to have extra equipment to install it, as a complete novice I don’t feel like it’s particularly clear so have had to order some extra stuff to be able to install it, potentially my own naivety. The quality is “acceptable” at best, one of the arms doesn’t seem to align to the holes properly so I’m still trying to figure out how to attach that so at this point I can’t really comment on how well it fits on my truck properly. Some of the paint is also scratched and scuffed, this may be down to the damaged packaging (that the delivery driver told me was already damaged when he received it but who knows) and moving about when transported but was well covered in bubble wrap. Overall I’m currently not 100% sure how I feel about the product and service as a whole. I’ve put acceptable but that’s at a push if I’m honest.

not the quality i was expecting, the fitting kit was not fit for purpose, the instructions were translated from Thai into English via Swahili, the pictures did not represent what was in the box, the brackets did not fit and so i had to fabricate my own, the drain pipes snapped off just by looking at them, the pickup is full of water and i cannot find where it is leaking, MUST TRY HARDER!

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with our product, however I have checked with the sales and after service team and they have no record of you contacting us for help with regards to the brackets or fitting instructions? the instructions that came with top where very vague to say the least, with lots of items not covered at all. had the wrong runner brackets delivered did not help. but the link given by e-mail to detailed fitting of top made it a lot easier.
