I'm very disappointed with this lid, no proper instructions apart from a DVD of a ford ranger which has a different fixing procedure. The lid does not fit this New Navara properly as the tailgate end does not sit flush as the tailgate is slightly higher than the bed sides which leaves a nasty gap at the rear corners. If I had seen this lid fitted to a navara I would not have brought one. £1000! Come on get it right, and also include some decent fitting instructions

The lid initially arrived not long after order which was great. There was a puncture in the box but as I wasn't at home to inspect the delivery not much I could do. There appeared to be no damage to the lid. After reading instructions it was apparent they were generic and not specific to the vehicle, so I emailed Mark Jepcott but got no reply whatsoever. I have finally found the time to fit the lid this morning 29/01/17. A bit footery at times but straightforward when you get going. However, one of the latches does not work properly, you have to manually put the keep back into position every time you put the lid down. I also cannot get rid of one of the gaps between the seal and tailgate at the same side no matter how much adjustment from the keep or the latch. The central support bar appears bent but i'm not sure if this is on purpose or not as there are some foam packers behind it. Overall, this is an inferior product and I have already placed an order for the mountain top lid as I know these to be off quality. If i'm lucky I may get 2 thirds of my money back selling this on ebay but more like half. As you couldn't respond first time i'm sure you are not interested in providing refunds. Be aware, reputation is everything.

Dear Mr Styles , Sorry to hear of your fitting issues, but we were awaiting photos from you as per your earlier phone call. If you can please supply photos and explanation of issue, we will try to help you get a successful fitting. We have sold hundreds of this top without complaint, although we have helped customers with fitting questions, so I am sure we can sort this to a satisfactory conclusion.

The lock mechanism sticks and doesn't lock, the fitting instruction were not specific to my vehicle so it took a lot of guess work to figure out how all the parts went together.
