Rear opener dose not close correct and the side passenger slide window dose not function correctly. However the company hardtopsuk were brilliant took my truck a speedy service to get fitted (90mins) and that was it done, totally changed the look from a pickup so was very happy. I've had it nearly 2 weeks and I've seen the problems occur . This is not hardtopsuk fault as it's only once you use it do you find faults I believe if I get in contact with the company they will gladly assist in getting the problems sorted fast. Due to my time I've just not had chance to call yet and should it be resolved quick and speedy overall service would have to move to excellentt

Good canopy fits easily although leaks along front edge behind truck body in very heavy rain . It does state on canopy 100%weatherproof not waterproof.

I find the delivery charge of £100 a lot. We purchased one of these from another company in May and the delivery charge was £20

Pleased you are happy with the product. Regarding the delivery cost we ensure the canopy prices are the lowest possible, thus giving you the true cost of delivery. As our pallets are classed as double sized due to the unusual shape this takes the cost from £50 per standard pallet x 2.

Thought the customer service was really good. Communication re delivery was excellent and everything arrived exactly on time on the day of delivery.
I've shown only satisfactory re the roller lid becaase the seal tape provided just was not sticky enough which made putting the rubber seal itself in place a bit difficult. Also, the roller lid is difficult to close because it is actually slightly lower than the rail with the catch on the tailgate. One other thing and it is not major, is that the bolts supplied with the roll bar are not long enough when it is fitted on top of the roller lid so I had buy some longer ones. Also could you advise anyone fitting a roll bar as well as a roller lid to drill the holes for it and place the bolts under the rail before the lid is fitted becuase once the lid is on it is very difficult to get the bolts in under the rails at the cab end - and in my case I gave up and used some rawl type bolts (for attaching bolts to brick walls) instead - which have worked OK though.
