The cab is 3 years old and the back door leaked resulting in the handle not to lock! I had to get an independant window company to reseal the door and order a new handle from you and I received no help or information on how to do this even though it wasn't an easy task! And cost me over £150 in total even though I did it myself! I'd appreciate a phone call from yourself and I think you should post a you tube video on how to complete the task of re-fitting a new handle on 1 of ur cabs! In general I would be reluctant to purchase a cab from you due to problems I've faced recently! I hope to hear you about this matter

We a unable to locate an original purchase invoice on our system for the hard top ? only a handle purchase.
Did you purchase the top from us ?
When ordering the replacement handle did you ask for fitting instructions ? as they are always available to send these by email if required.
As with all products with moving parts, general maintenance is required to correct any issues that can naturally occur over time and usage. (wear and tear)

Item is good but when I phoned to order it I asked you if it would fit my car and hardtop which I got from you , The person I spoke to said it would fit but when it arrived it didn't fit . Not happy x

I am sorry to read about your issues, please could you explain what part of the Dog Cage doesn’t fit?
Good service and advice in with the purchase of the equipment. All was ready for pickup by DHL on time. The bed liner was unfortunately damaged during transport. Bed liner seems a little thinner in the material and is not as easy to install as the ones I previously purchased from Toyota. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase.
I would certainly recommend the company to others.
