The communication was dreadful. I was not informed about the delay or anything to do with delivery dates. Unfortunately I had to become quite aggressive for him to see my point of view but on saying that the follow-up after that first difficult conversation was very good he kept me informed. He was polite and extremely helpful. I am aware that the situation was not the company‘s fault but I do feel that I should’ve been informed as to what was happening about my order in the beginning, but the top arrived. I had it successfully fitted and I am overall happy with my purchase.
